Street Chapel
“The Word became flesh & blood and moved into the neighborhood.”
John 1:14 (MSG)
We believe that the Lord is always on the move, going to the small and overlooked places of our community. Our Street Chapel is one way that we follow Jesus on mission each week. Every Thursday morning at 9 am and Sunday morning at 8 am, Father Dale and a small worship team host a Eucharist service at the CHATT Foundation (Chattanooga Community Kitchen). This service brings the Word and Sacraments to a population who may not otherwise have access or ability to attend a traditional worship service. While we have placed this here on our “Go” page, we view the work of the Street Chapel as much more than something we go and do, it is a part of our church and an extension of the Mission itself.
